Didn't ship, and said starting of future week. Didn't ship. Told heading out that day, and didn't. Stated when initially contacted I did not treatment, but should be given updates, and all I acquired was lies about when it will ship. They didn't reply to two e-mails days apart. Asked for refund going into 4th week without any explanations. Question
